Additional information about rental rates

Payment -A deposit is payable on booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
A fee of 40 euros for cleaning and 10 euros per person for laundry is payable direct to the apartment manager in Spain.
Security deposit - An additional security deposit of £100 will be required. This will be refunded on departure once the property has been inspected and keys returned.
The apartment should be left in the same condition on departure as it was found on arrival. Any breakages/damage or additional cleaning costs will be charged to the occupier.
Cancellation Policy - More than 8 weeks prior to arrival date - no cancellation charge.
Between 8 to 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% of total rate refunded.
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - no refund.
The owner reserves the right to cancel - in which case a full refund will be given
