Beautiful location with views to the hills and the sea. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, with two Chirnguitos (beach bars). It is a 5 minute drive to Puerto de Duquesa (the new 'Golden Mile'), a lovely, picturesque marina with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and a great place for an evening stroll.

Also near are Estepona and Sabinillias - both towns have a real Spanish feel, lovely promenades and great beaches. Sotogrande, San Pedro, Ronda, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Mijas and the traditional whitewashed villages in the Andalucian hills are all within easy reach of the property. This area is a golfers dream with Duquesa Golf a 5 minute drive away and courses such as Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque within a 20 minute drive. The family are well catered for with beaches, water sports, Selwo Adventure Park, Zoo's, water parks etc, etc. The Costa del Sol is also a shoppers dream: from designer shops in Puerto Banus to cool market stalls in Estepona.
