Payment
A deposit is payable on booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit - An additional security deposit of £100 will be required. This will be refunded on departure once the property has been inspected and keys returned.
Cancellation Policy
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival date - no cancellation charge.
Between 8 to 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% of total rate refunded.

Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - no refund.

The owner reserves the right to cancel - in which case a full refund will be given.
